We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality culinary services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious and healthy meals for our residents, taking into account cultural preferences and special dietary requirements.
- Manage the kitchen and ensure a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.
- Order and manage stock levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet the needs of our residents.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including COSHH and HACCP, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
- Experience in managing a kitchen in a care home or similar environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to keep clear and accurate records.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet service times and prioritize tasks.
- A minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to work towards this.
