Fund Accounting Manager

This role reports to the Head of Fund Accounting at One Ten Associates, the ideal candidate is a seasoned, articulate, and qualified Fund Accountant with a passion for financial management and a strong understanding of fund accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements for a portfolio of entities, including NAV, investor reporting, capital statements, capital calls & distributions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS regulations for end vehicles, including quarterly review of investors and regulatory reporting.
- Service Provider Oversight: Conduct review/oversight meetings with service providers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Hedge Fund Management: Review investor allocations, management fees, and performance fees for hedge funds.
- Investment Accounting: Oversee the accounting of the funds' underlying investments, including non-trading expense items, invoice signoffs, payments & accrual adjustments.
- Ad Hoc Queries: Manage ad hoc queries from the external Fund Administrator and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Audit Support: Participate in the fund audit process to ensure accurate year-end Financial Statements.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Investor Relations, Operations, and Treasury departments to address fund-related queries and provide financial support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve controls and workload associated with the monthly NAV process and implement process enhancements.
- Infrastructure Development: Contribute to the development of the fund accounting infrastructure through various projects.
