Fund Accountant - Private Equity
A boutique Private Equity house is seeking a Fund Accountant to join their team in Mayfair, London. This role will report directly to the Fund Finance Director.
The Private Equity firm, established 15 years ago, has recently raised funds for their 5th fund. They are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Fund Accounting, preferably within Private Equity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing financial statements for PE funds
- Reconciling general ledger accounts
- Supporting capital call and distribution notices
- Calculating management fees and performance fees
- Preparing investor capital account statements
- Participating in the annual audit process
- Assisting with regulatory reporting
- Conducting cash flow analysis and forecasting
- Collaborating with other departments for accurate reporting
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
Applicants should have at least 2 years of Fund Accounting experience and be Part Qualified or Qualified in ACCA / CIMA / ACA. QBE profiles will also be considered.
