About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Night Nurse to join our team at Brooklands Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate, implement, and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans for residents
  • Supervise the delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs
  • Administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records
  • Carry out stock control and ordering of residents' prescribed medication and medical products
  • Comply with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health and Safety, COSHH, and the Care Standards Act
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Pin required
  • No agency referrals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
