We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Night Nurse to join our team at Brooklands Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and nursing support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate, implement, and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Supervise the delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs.
- Administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records.
- Carry out stock control and ordering of residents' prescribed medication and medical products.
- Comply with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health and Safety, COSHH, and the Care Standards Act.
- Valid NMC Pin required.
- No agency referrals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- A competitive hourly rate of £21.00.
- A zero-hour contract with flexible shift patterns.
