Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our established team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all aspects of new business from prospective to existing clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Manage client accounts accordingly, seizing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products
  • Contact new registrations
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers by going the extra mile
  • Carry out dedicated outbound sales campaigns to existing and prospective clients
  • Adhere to compliance requirements to promote Rhino Trade Insurance and its services
  • Maintain a high degree of product knowledge
  • Meet personal/team targets
