Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Mercia Group. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong knowledge of sales software and technology, including CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
