Macmillan Davies Hodes is seeking a skilled HR Operations Manager to establish a new function within a rapidly expanding and highly dynamic organization.

With a recently enhanced People team and a visionary Chief People Officer prioritizing the people strategy, the time has come to onboard an HR Operations Manager who will integrate into the organization and develop a framework to deliver exceptional service as the company scales.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of People, the HR Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating a center of excellence, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of HR methodologies and the technical elements that support them, translating these into effective operational practices.
  • Designing, initiating, and refining processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Defining, designing, and generating relevant Management Information (MI) in partnership with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the organization and overseeing the delivery of services in accordance with those SLAs.
  • Developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensuring services are aligned with these metrics.
  • Effectively managing change, ensuring the team is always prepared for transitions.
  • Utilizing resources efficiently to guarantee that the team provides outstanding service.
  • Overseeing governance on the full spectrum of employee services within the function.
  • Collaborating with IT colleagues to ensure that the technology employed to deliver services meets business needs and is fit for purpose.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus, private medical insurance, and a generous pension scheme.
