- Supervise and mentor finance team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Perform day-to-day financial tasks to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Prepare Payroll using Excel spreadsheets to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Financial Operations Manager role with a strong track record of financial management.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive financial performance and efficiency.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems to streamline financial operations.
- CPA, CMA, or similar certification to demonstrate expertise in financial management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience or understanding of CAPEX to drive business growth and development.
- Leadership skills and proficiency in Excel formulas to drive financial performance and efficiency.
