Dialysis Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Clinic Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dialysis clinic in Burnley, Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses and practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- Manage the clinic's budget and resources effectively
- Supervise and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their roles
- NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing
- At least 5 years of experience in haemodialysis, including 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008
