About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at SGS UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide customers with quotations and product information.
  • Negotiate the terms of sales agreements and close sales.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Experience working in an environment aligned to the technical aspects of this role, such as freight or logistics.
  • Full clean driving license for use in the UK.
