Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive business growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide customers with quotations and product information.
- Negotiate the terms of sales agreements and close sales.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
- Sales qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a technical B2B environment.
- CRM experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
- Proven track record of delivering customer service excellence.
