We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Ranaich House, a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and improve services, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and observations, producing accurate and comprehensive reports.
- Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained.
