We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Home in Dunblane. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting our dedicated care team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on care of the elderly. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, managing medication, and maintaining accurate records. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional clinical nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Manage medication, including administration and monitoring, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including care plans and medication charts.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC.
- Experience in care of the elderly, preferably in a nursing home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide support to colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
