About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ranaich House in Dunblane. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior team members or managers.
  • Participate in community activities and outings with residents, promoting social inclusion and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents' care and support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
