We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Coordinator to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating team performance, providing regular feedback, and supporting succession through development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high-quality results.
  • Support succession through development and training programs to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Ensure compliance with H&M Group standards and local laws regarding health and safety, legal, and security.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of evaluating team performance and providing effective feedback.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
