About The Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to lead our Data and Analytics function, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of data excellence across Motability Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our business objectives and technology roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and promoting data quality and integrity.
  • Lead the development of cutting-edge data analytics capabilities, including platforms, tools, and resources to analyze complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data literacy and adoption across the organization.
  • Manage the Data and Analytics department budget, controlling expenses and optimizing spending while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
About You

We are seeking a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in data analytics, strong leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. You will have extensive expertise in data management, data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. A strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, as well as experience implementing data governance frameworks, is essential.
