Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring that we deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts
  • Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers
  • Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations
  • Report monthly on the outturn Pain/Gain (if applicable)
  • Coordinate changes or amendments in accordance with NEC 3/4 Option A & C contract
  • Analyse the impact of changes and assess liability exposure

Requirements

  • Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets
  • Opportunity to spend time in and working closely with other departments will be provided to ensure the successful applicant gains a wide depth and breadth of experience and understanding of the company and industry
