About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tesco team as a Store Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
• Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers and promotions.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.
