Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role for a Head of Supply Chain Management who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations, developing and implementing effective strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of supply chain initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with other business functions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring favorable terms.
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
