Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead demand forecasting and sales & operational planning (S&OP) activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to build a reliable demand forecast and drive business growth.
  • Drive inventory optimization, ensuring products are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain master data integrity within our planning systems, continuously improving processes and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Lead the S&OP cycle, aligning demand with financial forecasts, and managing associated risks and opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to support supply chain excellence and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven Supply Chain experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems (IBP, APO, ERP).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
