Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic Operations Team at Conduco Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and elevating our supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Leadership: Spearhead demand forecasting and sales & operational planning (S&OP) activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to build a reliable demand forecast and consolidate channel forecasts.
  • Inventory Optimization: Drive inventory optimization to ensure products are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining master data integrity within our planning systems.
  • Supply Chain Excellence: Lead the S&OP cycle, aligning demand with financial forecasts, and managing associated risks and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to support supply chain excellence.
Requirements
  • Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP systems (IBP, APO, ERP) and strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
