Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Promote the growth of the organization through a membership-led contact strategy, promoting services using multiple marketing channels, and stakeholders across all UK police force venues and the organization's Head Office.
  • Pension Information and Solutions: Provide pensions information and solutions for members approaching retirement.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads for prospective force presentations and events to build a presence within regional forces to champion the client's products.
  • Client Engagement: Grow membership base through developing and sustaining solid relationships with stakeholders and work effectively with key decision makers at all levels.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the Marketing Team to plan and deliver promotional activity to generate new business leads.
  • Research and Analysis: Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Diary Management: Organize your diary and travel commitments effectively and take responsibility for the wider Field Team calendar.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Skilled and experienced Pensions Sales Advisor with a strong background in pension growth and retirement savings.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in pension management or a related field.
