Sales Consultant Opportunity

This is a superb opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the team at a busy centre. We are looking for a Sales Consultant who will lead from the front and by example, who relishes the chance to meet and exceed individual targets.

The Role:

  • Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members.
  • Conducting tours.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business.
  • Being confident to do outreach.
  • Being front-facing for any member enquiries.

What We Want from You

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • Experience in hitting KPIs.
  • Able to work at least 1 weekend a month.
  • High-energy attitude with a passion for service.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
