Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

The Company: On Target Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling structural support solutions to demolition, specialist, and tier 1 contractors throughout London and the surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling structural support solutions to customers in the construction industry
  • Managing a regional depot and support staff to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Working with colleagues across the business divisions to share leads and ensure continuity in expertise
  • Developing new business and growing existing business to deliver profitable growth
  • Managing a sales pipeline through effective scheduling and identifying key projects and customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in a field sales role within the construction sector
  • Ability to plan diary/time effectively
  • Confidence in winning new business and managing existing accounts
  • Full driving licence
