Regulatory Compliance Supervisor

Are you a seasoned compliance expert with a robust background in the aviation sector? Arden White is in search of a committed Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to enhance and manage the compliance oversight framework for our distinguished organization. This position provides the chance to operate within a vibrant airport setting, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across various sites.

Role Summary:

In the capacity of Regulatory Compliance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily compliance operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the compliance oversight framework, conducting evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Core Responsibilities:

Audit Development and Management:

  • Create and sustain thorough auditing protocols for all operational sectors.
  • Issue corrective measures and ensure prompt follow-up until resolution.
  • Conduct evaluations of external partners and suppliers.

Audit Oversight:

  • Execute, generate, and oversee both internal and external audit initiatives.
  • Track audit results and address any findings that necessitate action.
  • Manage the audit documentation system, ensuring all records are accurately filed and maintained.

Regulatory Compliance Assistance:

  • Support fellow managers in achieving compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as the main liaison for oversight programs.
  • Monitor and address audit reports and findings.

Training and Process Enhancement:

  • Provide training on the Management System to relevant personnel.
  • Optimize the audit process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation and Change Oversight:

  • Oversee document control processes and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization's change management protocols and lead Change Management Review meetings.

Safety and Security Management:

  • Assist the Safety and Security Manager in monitoring safety protocols.
  • Oversee processes related to the protection of the aerodrome and surrounding airspace.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of aerodrome operations and departmental functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in the aviation industry with a proven record of achieving regulatory compliance.
