We are a leading provider of compliance solutions to top law firms, seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Oxford.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert guidance on customer due diligence (CDD) requirements, service level agreements (SOWs/SOFs), and background checks.
  • Manage client onboarding software and review incoming reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee client/matter inception processes, respond to queries, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and deliver firm-wide CDD and customer information management (CMI) training programs.
  • Assist in anti-money laundering (AML) and file opening risk assessments, as well as conflicts of interest checks.
  • Advise on politically exposed persons (PEPs) and sanctions.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a client-focused approach to work.
  • Experience in AML/CDD processes, preferably within a law firm.
