Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Quadzu Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in key industries through cold outreach, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Solution Selling: Understand client pain points related to workforce management and demonstrate how our platform addresses these challenges through personalized product demos and presentations.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using our CRM tool to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
- Consultative Approach: Work closely with potential clients to understand their specific needs and offer tailored solutions while providing guidance on best practices for implementing our platform.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing and development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in workforce management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS or workforce management space.
- Sales acumen with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and solutions.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software products.
- Self-motivated with a driven, results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving sales growth and business success.
- CRM proficiency with experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Problem-solving skills with a consultative selling approach and the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
