Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members and guests is of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations, and plating to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare food before service to ensure high-quality dishes
* Set up and stock kitchen stations to maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Plate dishes to company standards
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve high-quality food

Requirements:

* 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen in a similar senior role
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Yes, yes, yes mentality
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects by hand
* Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
* Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required

Working Hours:

* Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens, and closes
* Average hours 32-45 hours per week
