Key Responsibilities:- Assist Residents: Provide support to residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Domestic Duties: Ensure that residents' living areas are clean and tidy, and that domestic duties are completed to a high standard.
- Nutritional Requirements: Prepare and serve meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences, promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the senior care assistant or person in charge.
- Teamwork: Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Instruction and Tasks: Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks as decided by the responsible person on shift.
- Medication Administration: Administer medication to residents in accordance with company guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Personal Goals and Appointments: Assist residents in achieving their personal goals and accompany them to medical appointments or excursions as required.
- Waking Night Duties: Provide support during waking night duties as allocated.
- Regular Checks: Conduct regular scheduled checks throughout your allocated shift.
- Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, seek advice from the responsible person and/or the Emergency Services.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a carers role.
