Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business and enhancing our existing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile.
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with your geographic area.
  • Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
  • Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
