Restaurant General Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our restaurants. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to manage employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with our area office to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food quality.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
