Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Band Nurse/ODP to oversee the Theatre Recovery Services team.

Candidates with experience in pediatric theatre recovery are encouraged to apply, although this is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be stationed at the Operating Theatres, which include various specialized units. The recovery area is organized across multiple levels with dedicated beds, focusing on delivering exceptional care for both children and adults.

Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of years' experience in operating theatres and demonstrate clinical excellence. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to guide a team towards a common goal while fostering innovation and sustainability. Collaboration and flexibility across different theatre suites will be necessary to meet the service demands of each department.
