Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at a four-star full-service hotel in Berkshire/Middlesex border. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue across MICE, Corporate, and Third Party Segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Drive all profitable revenue across MICE, Corporate, and Third Party Segments
  • Deliver towards a targeted Sales and Marketing and Account Development Plan for the Hotel
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with other areas of the Hotel
  • Sell to MICE, Corporate, Third Party Sectors
Requirements:
  • A result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with a passion for hospitality and interacting with people
  • A first-class networker and communicator with an eagle eye for identifying new opportunities
  • A commercially astute multi-tasker who is motivated by a challenge with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic plans
  • Proactive with a hands-on approach with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels, driving results for the business
