Job Title: Director of Global Operators Performance

Travelport is a leading travel retail platform that provides innovative solutions for businesses to connect with agencies and travelers. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Operators Performance to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Director of Global Operators Performance will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial models and strategies to drive revenue growth and earnings across the Global Operator Channel. This role will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including the Senior Director, Vice President, and Group Vice President of Operator Channel, to ensure alignment with wider Travelport strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial models and strategies to drive revenue growth and earnings across the Global Operator Channel.
  2. Lead the development of business cases and P&L models for commercial business initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with wider Travelport strategic objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze Operator partner performances, identifying opportunities for improvement and new proposals.
  5. Prepare regular forecasts by country and by operator partner, working closely with the central Decision Support team.
  6. Manage the channel partner selection criteria and RFP process, ensuring consistency and best-in-class commercial practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial analysis and sales initiatives skills.
  • Excellent business communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience of working with different cultures and adapting communication styles to work together effectively.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Commerce, MBA, or similar from a recognized university, and command excellent written and spoken English.
