Agility Resourcing is working with a leading outsourcing company to find a skilled Financial Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in finance and work with a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have experience in the construction industry, preferably with main contractor experience.
Based in modern offices just south of Preston, the role involves assisting the Account Manager with various financial tasks, including:
- Raising self-billing invoices for sub-contractors
- Handling payment enquiries from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Processing supplier invoices using AI scanning software
- Assisting preparation of CIS returns
- Assisting preparation of VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting setting up of online banking payments for directors' authorisation
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll
- Assisting QS's and directors for information/explanations as required
The company offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, and a pension scheme. The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in Maths, English Language, and IT of grade 7 or above.
