Finance Administrator Opportunity

Agility Resourcing is partnering with a leading outsourcing company to find a skilled Finance Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in finance and work with a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, preferably with main contractor experience, and be proficient in cloud-based financial accounting and contract accounting software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager with various accounting processes, including raising self-billing invoices, handling payment enquiries, and processing supplier invoices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising self-billing invoices for sub-contractors
  • Handling payment enquiries from sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Processing supplier invoices using AI scanning software
  • Assisting preparation of CIS returns
  • Assisting preparation of VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting setting up of online banking payments for directors' authorisation
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll
  • Assisting QS's and directors for information/explanations as required

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths, English Language, and IT of grade 7 or above
