About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TRM Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for working with private client households to place staff in various roles, including nannies, chauffeurs, private tutors, and Family Office CEOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take over a warm desk and work with private clients to understand their requirements
  • Ensure all candidates undergo appropriate vetting before arriving at VIP households
  • Attend network events to expand client and candidate networks
  • Offer a best-in-class service to maintain the company's reputation and run both the client and candidate side of the process
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of recruitment experience in any professional market
  • Polished and excellent communication style, with the ability to deal with demanding individuals on a global basis
  • Long-term career plans in recruitment
