About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Account Coordinator to join our team at a busy bakery site in Poole. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting on-site clients with their recruitment requirements, assisting our workforce with enquiries and shift bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with on-site management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients with recruitment needs

  • Completing staff check-ins, PPE checks, and factory walks

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and good multitasking skills. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

This is a part-time role working 2/3 days per week, with flexibility to work across 7 days per week, various shifts, and finish times depending on the customer's and site's requirements.
