Job Overview

At Understanding Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and updates on candidate progress.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for client roles.
  • Negotiate terms and fees with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the technical talent landscape.
