Job Title: Litigated Fraud Case Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigated Fraud Case Handler to join our dynamic team at Keoghs. As a Litigated Fraud Case Handler, you will play a critical role in handling litigated claims on a Delegated Authority basis for our Insurer Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run fraud cases from the point of litigation through to resolution, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Conduct detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case.
  • Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases when appropriate.
  • Comply with all procedural and investigative deadlines.
  • Achieve the best result in litigation, protecting the client's position and ensuring full compliance with the court timetable.
  • Undertake advocacy where required and cost-effective to do so.
  • Adhere to file management policies and ensure timely and accurate billing.
Requirements:
  • Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
  • Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles.
  • Knowledge of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR, relevant Personal Injury Protocols, and working platforms/portals.
  • Good advocacy skills and experience of time recording and billing systems.
