About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and mentoring a team of 10 HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and monitor HR professionals to ensure they provide commercially focused, quality advice and documentation to clients.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and create HR/employment documentation or critique their own documentation to meet their needs.
  • Ensure client complaints relating to departmental issues are dealt with appropriately and within the SLAs.
  • Lead in the recruitment of new HR and other staff, arranging and conducting induction training.
  • Identify and lead training where required, ensuring all office staff are included where appropriate and compliance with current legislation is maintained.
  • Undertake daily meetings with your team and attend required management meetings.
  • Conduct interim and end-of-probationary reviews with new staff as required and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident and diplomatic when facing clients and on the phone.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to deliver group training.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate.
  • Willingness to travel and overnight stays.
What We Offer

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, a profit share scheme, monthly incentives, and a day off on your birthday.
