Job Title: Rental Sales Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Europcar Kings Cross/St Pancras. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our range of additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to our clients
  • Offer our range of additional products and services to enhance their travel experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

  • A full, valid driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face sales skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
