Pertemps Gloucester is seeking a motivated and self-assured Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis, offering a competitive salary range of £25,000 to £27,500 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with commission opportunities.

The standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 16:30.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pertemps, you will utilize your engaging communication skills to foster lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and team members. Your role will involve matching individuals to both permanent and temporary positions, providing expert guidance and support, and ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered.

This position demands a proactive and enthusiastic approach, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. You will be responsible for delivering strategic solutions regarding service provision and inclusive talent attraction methodologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing ongoing business relationships with new clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a consultative approach.
  • Executing necessary quality assurance processes and checks to guarantee compliance with ethical and legal standards, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assisting with weekly payroll deadlines to ensure timely payment for flexible workers and accurate invoicing for clients.
  • Demonstrating proven experience, preferably in a recruitment or sales-oriented environment, while effectively engaging with a diverse range of customers.
  • Understanding and adhering to agreed-upon job-related performance standards and the associated assessment criteria.
  • Possessing a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Holding a valid UK Driving License is preferred.

In return, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will receive:

  • A competitive annual salary based on experience.
  • Uncapped monthly commission on both temporary and permanent placements, with no threshold required to start earning.
  • A quarterly bonus of £250 based on target achievement.
  • A company vehicle and fuel card following the qualifying period.
  • 24 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays, plus a day off for your birthday.
  • An additional day of annual leave for each calendar year of service, up to a maximum of five years.
  • A central office location with available parking.
