Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the complete Candidate Recruitment Process
- Identifying & Qualifying: Engaging and evaluating potential candidates in a telephonic environment, ensuring their alignment with specific client needs
- Resource Management: Leveraging job boards, internal databases, and social media platforms to discover high-caliber professionals
- Proactively pursuing new business opportunities and generating leads
- Global sourcing and screening of candidates
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with candidates and both existing and prospective clients
- Negotiating employment offers
