In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing our market presence. Your recruitment expertise will be essential in identifying and seizing new market opportunities, thereby broadening our client portfolio within the Education Division. Your primary responsibilities as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Business Development: Utilize your exceptional business development abilities to forge and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing growth and client retention.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, comprehending their recruitment requirements and delivering customized solutions that foster business success.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to a high-performing and supportive workplace.
Your qualifications as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a recruitment consultant role, with a strong emphasis on market development and business growth.
- Proven Success: A track record of securing new business and meeting revenue objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of recruitment across various sectors, with the ability to quickly adapt to our clients' needs and market dynamics.
- Networking Skills: Outstanding capability to establish and sustain professional relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
