Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Quality Assurance for our International Business Group, you will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive Quality Training program. This includes establishing a robust knowledge management system across all business units (Alliance Healthcare and Alloga) in every region we operate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage a world-class quality training program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (GXP and ISO).
  • Develop engaging learning materials and deliver impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, from frontline staff to management.
  • Establish a centralized knowledge repository to ensure easy access to critical information and promote continuous learning within the organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions that address specific business challenges.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve their impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality training into existing workflows and processes.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader with a proven track record in learning & development within a regulated environment.

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within training or HR functions.
  • Deep understanding of GXP and ISO regulations, particularly regarding personnel qualification and documentation management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and motivate individuals at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to fostering a culture of quality excellence.
