Join Alliance Healthcare as a key member of our team and contribute to the development of a robust quality training program that ensures compliance with international and national regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead a comprehensive quality training program that aligns with business strategies and goals.
- Design and implement role-based training curricula, including standard modules and digital features.
- Monitor performance and continuous improvement of the training management through KPIs.
- Act as a business system owner for the LMS, defining architecture, configuration, and technical features.
- Establish and maintain quality KPIs and lead the continuous improvement program.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Science or general business discipline.
- Certification in knowledge/learning management or change management.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership position in learning/training or HR functions.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities, risk, and needs.
