Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at the Martin Group of Companies. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional health and safety advice to the business and ensure that safe working practices and Health and Safety legislation are adhered to.
* Liaise closely with the Group Director HSEQ, Risk and Compliance and other Health and Safety Professionals to ensure full compliance with all company and legislative requirements.
* Develop and maintain H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments that ensure compliance with group policies and procedures, operational activities, external guidance, and legislation.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
