Continuous Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team at Valeo Foods UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing sites, ensuring we maintain our high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and finance teams to gather insights and input for process improvement opportunities.
- Support Kaizen events to encourage teamwork, generate improvement ideas, and deliver sustainable change.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions regarding process improvements.
- Effectively communicate proposed changes and improvements to site teams, manage resistance to change, and ensure a smooth transition to new and improved processes.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with site teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
